Description

Sital MIL-STD-1553 training covers both the fundamentals issues of the MIL-STD-1553 bus such as architecture, characteristics, components, protocol & products as well as advanced topics like system design, testing, verification, troubleshooting & debugging.

MIL-STD-1553 is a military standard published by the United States Department of Defense that defines the mechanical, electrical and functional characteristics of a serial data bus. Attendees of this training will learn about the requirements of this standard in order to be able to design & test systems, components and applications who are using the 1553 bus. Problem areas in the standard are clarified and available options are examined and discussed. The training also provides "hands-on" experience in identifying 1553 communication issues and trouble-shooting remote terminal problems.
