Ofer Hofman
Founder, R&D Manager
Ofer Hofman has 15 years of experience in the hardware and business management fields. Mr. Hofman serves as founder and Co-CEO of Sital Technology. In this position he is responsible for an organization with over 1,000 clients. In the Israel Defense Forces (reserves), Mr. Hofman instructs sophisticated avionics systems. Mr. Hofman has a BA (Cum Laude) in Software Science, 1992 from the Technion University in Haifa, Israel. Prior to establishing Sital, Mr. Hofman served as a senior engineer at Elbit Systems. Mr. Hofman holds the distinction of being the only athlete to have swam the entire distance of the Sea of Gailee. Mr. Hofman's respected and successful skills integrating creative, technical knowledge and his proven mental and physical stamina to "get the job done" has made for a strong and friendly leadership presence at Sital.

Nir Hamzani
CEO, General Manager
Nir Hamzani has over 10 years of professional experience in the Hi-Tech hardware and business management fields. Mr. Hamzani joined Mr. Hofman in the very early development stages of Sital Technology and today serves as General Manager and Co-CEO. In this position he is responsible customer relations, marketing, international contacting and general management. In the Israel Defense Forces (reserves) Mr. Hamzani instructs sophisticated avionics systems and serves in a special Air Force experiment unit. Mr. Hamzani has a BSc in Electronic Engineering, 1995 from Tel-Aviv University, Israel and an MBA from Heriot-Watt university, Edinburgh, UK. As part of Sital's activities in training, Mr. Hamzani has established a digital hardware development training program for the Sela-Sital training venture. Mr. Hamzani is one of the founders of Sital and is a principal shareholder.

Duli Yariv
VP - Marketing & Sales
Duli Yariv has over 14 years of experience in the hi-tech industry in Israel. He started in 1990 as a hardware design engineer in Rokar International – a company that develops GPS systems for the military and aircraft industry. In 1993 Mr. Yariv joined RDC Communications, as an ASIC design engineer and participated in the development of a wireless LAN system. In 1996 he joined the marketing group and till late 1998 managed the US office of RDC in Foster-City, California. After the acquisition of RDC by Marconi Communications in 1999, Mr. Yariv was appointed as Director of Product Management for the Wireless Local Loop division. In 2001, Mr. Yariv was the co-founder of Proxell Systems, a company that developed compression technology for the cellular industry, where he served as VP of marketing and sales.

Doron Lifishiz
VP - Finance / Legal
Mr. Doron Lifishfiz has seven years experience as an attorney. He has served the Israeli Tax Administration and more recently practiced as a tax, finance and commercial advocate with one of Israel's leading Law firms. Mr. Lifshifitz is a trained CPA who is a candidate for an MBA from the University of Haifa. In the Israel Defense Forces (reserves), Mr. Lifishiz instructs sophisticated avionics systems. Mr. Lifshiftz is one of the founders of Sital and is a principal shareholder.
