Ofer Hofman
Founder, R&D Manager
Ofer Hofman has 20 years of experience high-tech hardware and systems development and delivery and successful company management. At Sital, he is responsible for an organization with over 1,000 clients. Currently, he also instructs engineers of the Israeli military on highly sophisticated avionics systems. Prior to establishing Sital, Mr. Hofman served as a senior engineer at Elbit Systems with a string of successful deliveries of sophisticated equipment and systems. Mr. Hofman is highly respected in Israeli high-tech where he displays his uncanny ability to integrate creativity and technical knowledge with his formidable mental and physical stamina to lead and succeed under severe pressure. He holds the distinction of being the only athlete to have swum the entire length of the Sea of Gailee. Mr. Hofman holds a BA (Cum Laude) in Software Engineering from the Technion University in Haifa, Israel.
Nir Hamzani
CEO, General Manager
Nir Hamzani has over 17 years of professional experience in high-tech hardware and business management. He joined Sital in its very early development stage and, today, serves as CEO. In the Israel Defense Forces, Mr. Hamzani instructs engineers on sophisticated avionics systems and serves in a special Air Force unit. He established and expanded a digital hardware development training program for the Sela-Sital training venture. Mr. Hamzani holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, UK.
Duli Yariv
VP - Marketing & Sales
Duli Yariv has over 22 years of experience in the high-tech industry in Israel. He started as a hardware design engineer at Rokar International, a company that develops GPS systems for the military and aircraft industries. Later, he joined RDC Communications as an ASIC design engineer and participated in the development of a wireless LAN system. He joined the company’s marketing group and managed the US office in California. After the acquisition of RDC by Marconi Communications, Mr. Yariv was appointed Director of Product Management for the Wireless Local Loop Division. In 2001, Mr. Yariv was the co-founder of Proxell Systems, developers of compression technology for the cellular industry, where he served as VP of Marketing and Sales. Mr. Yariv joined Sital in 2005. He brings his formidable technical and business acumen to Sital where he is instrumental in acquiring new customers and guiding the company into new applications and projects.
Mr. Yariv holds a BA in Business Administration and Practical Engineering in Electronics.
Doron Lifishiz
VP - Finance / Legal
Mr. Lifishfiz has served in the Israeli Tax Administration and, more recently, practiced as a tax, finance and commercial advocate with one of Israel's leading law firms. He is a CPA and holds an MBA from the University of Haifa. Also a well-trained engineer, Mr. Lifishiz instructs IDF engineers on sophisticated avionics systems. He is a co-founder of Sital.
